Our Story

How it all began.

Eleanor and James together

We met on a rain-soaked evening in autumn, both reaching for the same umbrella stand — and somehow never quite let go of each other's company since. What began as a shared table at a mutual friend's dinner party became years of small adventures, quiet Sundays, and the kind of easy laughter that makes a house feel like home.

Three years, two cities, and one very patient dog later, James asked the question on the same stretch of coastline where we'd had our first holiday together. It felt like the only fitting place to begin the next chapter.

Now we can't wait to celebrate with the people who mean the most to us — that's you. Thank you for being part of our story so far, and for joining us as we write the next one.

With love, Eleanor & James
